If you’re like me and your ‘normal’ has been looking a little strange and unsettling, a tip I’ve been using to ‘help clear the fog’ is to add one small word to my thinking.
It is consciously moving from ‘can I ...?’ to ‘how can I ...?’ This opens my mind up to more creative and growth minded problem solving.
It maybe just remembering • to begin at the beginning
• to prioritise the important • to keep things simple
All those tips we know but sometimes manage to forget regardless! 🤔
I know it’s tough, but it’s good for all sorts of reasons to keep focused on what we can control and what we can make progress towards.
